Nestled in the heart of London, PaStation aspired to be more than just another eatery—it sought to become a culinary landmark. Yet, despite its delectable offerings, the restaurant grappled with inconsistent social media presence, an underperforming website, and limited community engagement.​


Social transformation


Recognising the untapped potential, we embarked on a transformative journey with PaStation. Our journey began with an elevated content strategy—a symphony of storytelling expressed through 7 meticulously crafted videos a week released on Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote. Each visual masterpiece captured the soul of the restaurant: its exquisite cuisine, the refined warmth of its ambiance, and the charm that sets it apart in London's vibrant culinary scene.

To magnify our reach and deepen emotional resonance, we partnered with the city’s most influential food connoisseurs—curators of taste whose endorsements transformed their audiences into devoted patrons of PaStation.

The results were both swift and spectacular. Our online community blossomed from a modest 4,000 followers to a thriving audience exceeding 60,000, while our content ignited virality, amassing millions of views. On the ground, the response was tangible—lines of eager guests soon spilled out onto Tottenham Court Road, drawn by the irresistible allure of our growing legend.

Yet our vision extended beyond metrics and moments of virality. We nurtured meaningful connections with our local community, offering discount to key workers, hospitality workers, and students. Bespoke events with university societies and thoughtfully designed loyalty programs further anchored PaStation as a beloved fixture in the neighbourhood—a place where taste meets heart.




Google + Website overhaul


Understanding the importance of a seamless online experience, we overhauled their website, optimising it for SEO and user experience. Custom plugins were developed to facilitate Deliveroo-style ordering, integrate with in-house delivery drivers, and enable in-store order printing. These enhancements led to a remarkable 400% increase in online orders.​

Their Google Business Profile, a crucial touchpoint for potential patrons, lay neglected—over a thousand reviews left unanswered, an average rating of 4.3 stars, and a lacklustre presence that failed to capture the essence of their brand.​

Each of the 1,000+ reviews was meticulously addressed, turning a monologue into a dialogue, and showcasing PaStation's commitment to its patrons. This active engagement not only demonstrated responsiveness but also signaled to Google an active and customer-focused business, positively influencing local search rankings. Simultaneously, we overhauled the visual and descriptive elements of their profile. Professional images captured the ambiance and culinary delights, while a compelling, keyword-optimised description narrated PaStation's unique story.These enhancements ensured that the profile was not only informative but also resonated with both customers and search algorithms. ​

The results were transformative. PaStation's Google rating soared to 4.7 stars, and the number of reviews swelled to over 6,000, each reflecting a story of satisfaction and delight. The optimised profile became a magnet for new customers, enhancing visibility and solidifying PaStation's reputation as a must-visit dining destination in London.

To encapsulate the restaurant's essence, a professional photoshoot was conducted, capturing the artistry of each dish and the inviting atmosphere. This visual storytelling elevated PaStation's brand, resonating with both new and returning patrons.​
